Has anyone experienced both types of suspension?

I have now sport suspension, but if soft suspension really is more comfortable, then I would change my springs and shock absorbers. Our country has a very bad roads, sometimes the trip turns into a torment ..

I have owned cars with both. The soft ride is more comfortable but gets BAD body roll on exit ramps I found. They might have been on their way out though. Currently have sport suspension and find bumps in the road a little harsher but well worth it when you stomp the skinny pedal in a turn
