    2004 cts vibration while coasting in gear normal?

    I noticed a vibration in my shifter when coasting in gear I notice it more so when going 60 plus mph. Foot is off gas pedal and car is in gear. 3.2L 5 speed manual.

    how bad is the vibration? i mean is it shaking to the point where you feel like its going to break or just a slight rumbling? any shifter is going have some vibration depending on driving conditions.

    It feels rougher than it should be in the circumstances mentioned above. But not so bad that it's going to break. Would the clutch fluid have anything to do with it? I checked some fluid levels and noticed that stuff is really dirty like its never been changed.
