Windows, seats, and radio not working

I have a 2007 CTS and one day my sound wouldn't come out of my speakers, and than it would come on and than stop working and it did this for 2 months and than it hasn't been on since, and than i went on deployment and came back my seats would't move, and this sucks because my wife was the last one to drive my car so it's really close to the steering wheel. The next day one of my windows stayed up and wouldn't go down, than the next another one, and than after a few days they all stayed up and wont go down. So now im back from another deployment and stuck like this.

Can anyone please help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks!

You will need to get it put on diagnostic, could be that the body control module is playing up, it could be fuses, id start with the fuses under the rear seat then if they all check out, have the BCM scanned for error codes.

    Hi James,

Sorry to hear that you've experienced all of these problems in your Cadillac at once. We know this is not an ideal situation coming back from your deployment. If you would like for us to set you up with a dealer for a diagnostic test please let us know. We hope you're able to get this corrected as soon as possible.

It all depends on the dealer that you go to. GM doesn't set the prices, the dealers do.

    Hello James,

Just like KOT stated, dealerships are independently owned and operated and therefore set their own pricing. I am more than happy to help you locate your nearest dealership and call to check on the cost of a diagnosis fee for you, if you provide me with your zip code. I can be reached via Email at socialmedia@gm.com, be sure to put "ATTN LAURA" in the subject line. I am also able to be reached via private message on this forum, but I see you are a new member, so you might have restrictions in being able to interact via private message.

    Sincerely,
