I've read a lot on here about the timing change issues these cars have. I have an 05 with 96k on the engine. Should I be worried bout having issues with it? How hard is it to do yourself on a 1-10 scale if you do most of your own mechanicing? Also how hard is it to do the oil catch can yourself?

Re: timing chain
Catch can is a 3 on a 1-10 scale. Very easy. Might as well drill out the PCV tube at the same time since you will already be back there.
Timing chain is a 9. It is a pain in the ass. And if you get it wrong, you have to do it all over again.
