    DVD player not working

    Hey every one I have searched and searched but cant find anything on the DVD not operating. I have a 2004 CTS-V I m trying to load the updated firmware for my NAV and all it does is buzz for a minute and then nothing. I tried a movie it does the same thing. Any help would be great I love the car but man GM sooo many issues with these cars.

    I would post this in the CTS-V forum for better assistance, even though I think the CTS and V use the same NAV if equipped.

    Have you tried resetting the system by disconnecting the battery cables and letting the car sit for 10-15 minutes yet? This has resolved quirky issues like this for me in the past...
