Did they ever post dyno results? Where are they these days?

had the water pump, both radiator hoses and the accessory drive belts changed. at 77k miles, thought the water pump failed a little too premature. the belts and hoses just because the mechanic was in there, and with 77k miles on them, made sense. wasn't too bad - $475 for a lifetime warranty.

I tried doing a search for O3CTS to pm him but I couldn't find him. They have not been active for a while but you might be able to find threads they have about their MODs.

Re: What have you all done to your CTS?

I skipped class last night and installed my VMAX and NGK iridium plugs. That was easier than expected. Installed the drilled out PCV tube, but not the catch can. Ran out of daylight. I will install the catch can when I get the RX throttle body. Then it will be time for a tune.

Glad to see you finally got it done! Let us know how different the throttle feels now that the VMAX is installed.

Re: What have you all done to your CTS?

I havent taken out to really play with it. Just driving around town it feels a little more lively. But that could be the new spark plugs.

Given that I had to wait an hour after parking just for the intake manifold to be cool enough to touch or work on, I was pretty excited to see how much cooler it is after the spacer got installed. And after driving around in 85* weather, in Sport mode , I can now put my hand intake manifold and it is noticeably cooler... like no longer melts my flesh. I decided not to put the engine cover back on at all. It may muffle noise, but I think it traps heat.

For the turbo, if you're looking for tuning would any tuners be able to get a set up going for either the lp1 or ly7? Or would you need a standalone system like mega squirt, etc? For the lp1 for example fabbing a system up from either the saab 93 or a euro sourced lp9 vehicle with manifolds etc be able to use the lp9 tune?
