    eibach spring help

    I was looking into purchasing eibach spring kit and came across this "Comments: Vehicles equipped with self-leveling rear dampers must replace with non self-leveling dampers such as FE1 or FE2 dampers to properly lower." how do I determine if theyre self leveling... I have a base model cts 2.8.

    Then you likely don't have it. The self leveling "Nivomats" are in the performance suspension. I know it was on my FE5's and they are probably on the V FE4's also. If you look under your spare tire cover you will have a tag with all your build codes. Look at it and you will probably see the FE1 or FE2 code on there. So you should be good to go on the springs with the stock shocks.
