    Rattling Calipers and Halo Lights

Ok so I have an 03 CTS and the calipers are KILLING ME. It sounds like I am rolling around town with a bag of bolts and metal plates under my car. I have it several places only to find out this is a common occurrence with the model. So is there any permanent solution or could i switch to the Sigma 2 calipers? I am so frustrated with this!
Also, I am thinking of installing some halo lights from Oracle Lighting (attached link) will i have to buy a conversion kit since I have the HID bulbs?

Apparently there is a service order out on them and the pins that are in them rattle, at least that's what i gathered. I was told to bring it back so they could put lube on them every 3000 miles but screw that it lasts for about 500 and then they rattle again. the only time I do not hear this rattle is when I go over freshly paved even roads.
