High Beam Turns on Turns left or right

Hello there once again I have run into a minor setback. My problem is that when I make either a left or right turn my high beams will turn on and blind oncoming traffic. I have a feeling its just a worn lever but how do I go about to replacing it? Also if someone could guide me somewhere is they've done this before..

Do you mean it happens when you turn on the turn signal, or it happens when you actually turn the car?

When I actually turn the steering wheel to make a left or right turn and push the lever up or down the lights will come on.

That didn't answer the question. What happens if you turn on the turn signal and don't turn the wheel? What happens if you turn the wheel and don't turn on the turn signal?

Oh, and if you're turning the wheel and at the same time turning on the turn signal, you're doing it wrong.

If I turn the signal but don't turn the wheel the high beams will still come on. And if I turn the wheel and don't turn on the signal then its normal. And no j don't do both at the same time. Its turn signal first then turn steering wheel.

Came out to be turn signal stalk/lever. 25$ shipped via Amazon easy fix, only long part was waiting for power to drain so ABS wouldn't inflate.
