    transmission question on 03 cts

Hi, for the past few weeks ive been experiencing some problems with my tranny, when I'm on the highway doing about 65-70 suddenly the car will downshift roughly on me and the rpms will go from about 2250 to around 3200. i try to get it to shift back from 4 to drive but when i floor it, i dont get a downshift, just a gradual acceleration. ive tried manually downshifting to 4th and bringing it back up to D but no shift. I've even dropped her to 3rd and am able to bring her to 4th but not D.
if i pull over and shut her off and set the alarm and then unlock her and start her up again she seems to be fine but it is happening with alot more regularity now.

im getting a 0700 code and not sure what to do, swap a TCM? TPS? do a tranny fluid drain and refill?

any help would be greatly appreciated

I had that problem my codes were 7062 or something like that i did a tranny flush and that helped for about 8k miles... The codes was " c stuck on" which a selenoid... U can replace the selenoid for about 800 buks at a transmission shop or swap the tranny... I did the swap
