    Dual halogen troubles

I installed my Eagle Eye dual halos 2 weeks ago and today my driver side halos will flicker then cut off. Also I am not sure if they are supposed to come on when the DRL are on but they don't. I also have a question about the distance and brightness of the actual headlight, they seem to point down and not have much distance or height to the beam. Is there a way to aim them and why may be the cause of the two halos cutting off? I have installed the HID converter and everything and they worked fine up until today. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated

By the top holes do you mean the rod that you pop into place at the top corners

Everything sits fine all the adjustments have been made, it's more like the beam is aiming down cause the lenses are offset or something. Also any help with the one side halos cutting on for a second then off?

HahaI'm beginning to think that. I feel like once I get everything fixed I won't have any problems. I've heard a couple people talking about a relay harness which I might do but I don't believe that it will help the actual halos an will only affect the HIDs. And the aiming problem really bothers me. I just don't want to take my bumper off just to fiddle around, I'd like to have a plan of what I'm doing

Ahh so I won't have to take off my bumper to adjust it? An just to be sure it's the screw on the top right of the picture?

The Cadillac gods are keeping your halo's from working because they do not want your beautiful CTS running around looking like a BMW.

I'm thinking the ballast may need to be changed. Cause the come one for a split second before cutting off so I know there's no problem with the actual CCFLs
