Replaced Headlight Bulb, still doesn't work

As the title says, I replaced my 05 CTS headlamp bulb with a new one and the bulb still did not work, could it be an issue with the new bulb its self or something else?

Do you have the HID lights. If you do it could be the ballast.

my bet is you have HID's

if you have any electrical confidence check the cts-v section for a cheap hid repair for about $60, otherwise fork over $600 for a oem ballast

There are separate fuses for the bulbs. A fuse for the driver side and another for the passenger side.
