I would stop the search and use a piece of rubber hose from your local parts store.

The problem with rubber hose is that it is the same size on both ends. On this the breather hose side is about half the size of the intake side. I thought about getting creative with 2 hoses and some sort of fitting, but that wouldn't be right.

Get a hose that is the size of the small pipe. Make sure the hose is a good soft rubber and it should work. I used a piece of black silicone hose for mine. Worked like a champ!

what's the reason for replacement, if its because it keeps slipping off, add a cable tie to it tight enough to hold it snug onto the plastic breather entry
