I have tried to ignore the trolls, just reporting inappropriate posts. For any that want to know what is going on, it is all instigated by a former employee that opened his own shop nearby and this is how he does business. We could stoop to the same level and lay out all the dirty laundry but have tried to not take the low road.

The amount of organization they have put into this campaign is unreal, and they have not let up. We produce products for all these GM V6 engines as well as 38 years of V8 R&D and have never experienced such deviousness and unscrupulous tactics ever.

So on to the thread subject:

The LY7 CAI we never put into production yet as we did not see enough interest in a production version, but if there is we sure can do so as were working on the latest Caddy models as well right now.

I am not sure on Tlor's car if we did before and after dyno's like we did with the throttle body, but the design is sound and with the earlier CTS it also brings in direct cold air between the hood gap.

Fit and finish once done on the CNC water jet and the bends done in a jig on the brake, it will be far better than this one done entirely free hand.

As for how it stacks up against Volant, or Rotofab, CAI, or any of the others.....they are all proven good solutions (we sell them all) so until we have taken the final version and done before and after and back to back testing we can't make any claim of where it stands in comparison. That would be a guess at best, but the design is sound....especially where it grabs the cold air at speed.

Out contact is all on the site: www.RevXtreme.com for info on other products, etc. The single and twin turbo systems for the CTS DI's are not listed, call direct or email for info on them: RXProducts@aol.com

Great, thank your for the clarification Tracy, then I guess we can all close this topic with the above official statement from Tracy / Rx and just wait for the final product if Rx decides to move forward with it or at least till final testing is done with solid numbers to back it up. We can all now rest this topic to peace I hope.

Well they are trying to offer something to us guys with the 1st gen so I give them props for that but as for the price being upwards of $200 im not so sure, I understand R&D time but I think I could visit lowes and make something cheaper, and why is the back of it open to it is about like a K&N with 3 more pieces of plastic but hey good luck
