Can someone please remove these @$$-clowns? Regardless of whether or not RX is the biggest rip-off in the history of mankind, or if their products are absolute crap, this bull$#!+ spamming is getting annoying. They are replying to any mention of RX, despite the original topic of discussion. It is simply slander, with no regard to what people are trying to accomplish. The poster is clearly here serving an agenda of his/her own, not actually trying to help anyone. Bad-mouthing, and fear mongering, and stupid T-shirt propaganda campaigns should not be tolerated.

Truth, you started derailing this thread by replying to a 7 month old topic just because it mentions RX. You reply is nothing but opinion and slander.

I am not part of anyone's fanclub.

You say that Rev Xtreme imitated all these other companies simply because they offer the same products? I can think of multiple companies offering similar products for a lot of different cars. Are they all imitations of eachother, too?

The RX catch can is probably the best on the market. The RX intake spacer is similar to the MACE item, sure. But its also made in Emerika, and that means something to some people. It doesnt have to be shipped from Australia, that is a plus. A quality product is a quality product, it doesnt matter who makes it.

All of the RX stuff that has come out for our cars has proven itself to be an improvement. Nobody that I know of has been out-right screwed over by RX on this forum. We have had problems with supply lines and shipping and such, but RX has always made it right as far as I know.

I understand the need to inform inform others of bad businesses, but to just bulligerently hijack threads with 4+ accounts is a nussance.

A simple thread started with your complaint/information or whatever you feel to call it with the proof to back it up would get you further than hijacking and pissing all of us off. Why would I want to read some arrogant shit on a thread I came to get informed on such as the VMAX TB or Rx intake?

My point is, were all grown men/women here, quit spamming/insulting members, and try to be a little less stupid. We can read a valid complaint thread and respect it just fine. But this is just annoying.

    Have a good night.

Truth and GFCAT are trolls only here to cause trouble.....and the actual customers of ours are here defending because they actually know us well.

Truth does not own a Cadillac, he is a troll that attempted to extort $10,000 from us threatening to do what he is doing if we would not pay $10k...we have it in the hands of the Manatee County prosecutors office.

Here is a sample of his family's past that he bragged about so all know:

Goodson Farms Owner Sentenced for Filing False Tax Returns

    March 31, 2009 by K. McKinney

Janet Goodson, president of Goodson Farms, was sentenced three months in prison for filing false tax returns from 2001 to 2004. Goodson Farms is one of Hillsborough County’s largest strawberry farms and the site of a popular produce market. Court records alleged that Goodson failed to report cash sales of peppers on tax returns.

Charged in Tampa’s federal court, Goodson faced up to 24 months in prison. She received a more lenient sentence because she cooperated in a federal investigation related to fraudulent federal crop insurance payments last year. In that case, prosecutors charged Goodson Farms, and D&K Farms in Plant City with lying about damaged crops to obtain more than $1 million in federal crop insurance payments.

No fines were assessed against Goodson because the farm was ordered to pay nearly $1.1 million in restitution after pleading guilty to crop insurance fraud last fall.

In that case, Goodson Farms was accused of obtaining crop insurance to cover its pepper crops between 2001 and 2004. The farm then claimed losses and received more than $1 million in federal crop insurance payments. The claimed pepper crops had actually been harvested and sold.

This case is a good example of the benefit of retaining a good federal criminal defense attorney as soon as one becomes aware of a federal investigation. Goodson, probably through defense counsel, was able to negotiate with prosecutors and investigators such that she assisted with the investigation and limited her period of incarceration.

I figured since this is public record I would start putting this on all the forums you are slandering us on......it is fact of course, not the fiction you have posted....how does that sound?

I've read all the links that have been presented against Tracy and the only tactic i can see is bullying and revenge. His responses have been tactful and not distasteful in any way. You tried to make your points known and you succeeded, but now it just seems like a smear campaign. For that you have done nothing but become a pest on this forum and others.

I'm not going to go so far and say that you and other "believers fighting the good fight for Tracy Lewis" have received PM's from him about "what's really going on here" but I wouldn't be surprised.

Last year when I was helping him battle all of "the haters" at IPF, I received a PM from him informing me of all the "hate mongering" going on against him here on this site regarding the black-Iceolator and to defend him. When I clicked onto the links he provided I didn't see any hate. Just people asking reasonable questions and requests to provide some actual data about his claims. It just kinda made me go Hmmmm. That in fact was the beginning of the end for me. I have discovered that Tracy seldom ever is truthful about anything.

I realize you're not much motivated to click on any of the links provided elsewhere or read a 5 year long thread dedicated to Tracy Lewis' dealings with his former business partners and customers or look up public legal documents outlining his situation but its all there, sir...in black and white. Are all of these former business partners and customers lying and he's telling the truth? When does the light bulb go on for you, sir? I ask that in all sincerity, not has a put down.

I guarantee you don't know anything about Tracy Lewis.

    [/URL]
My apologies if my language may have went as far as to offend you, but I feel this whole thing is out of hand.

I have read the threads and seen the problems reported by others and some of it seems legit while others seem just blown out of porpotion.

Tracy has always fixed any issues that there has been between us (there has been a couple) and that's why I'm not just joining the bandwagon of hatred because a few other people are on it.

I acknowledge he hasn't done any blower projects for us and maybe that's why we in general see him as an overall good resource; but I also acknowledge that the personal attack about the owner of whatever strawberry patch is wrong and he probably deserves the ban he received.

Don't think that just because I'm not on the anti Rx side that my lightbulb isn't turned on. Would I choose him for a blower setup over a competitior (if he had a competitior on the ly7)? Probably not, but that doesn't go as far to say that the products he has for us are quality products. I wouldn't be using them if I knew they were bs; I'm using them because they work, properly.

This has just become a nussance that us members don't really want to listen to. Like I said before, you definitely could've gone a much better way about your claims/information.

    Good day.

Screw all this back and forth and slandering and counter slandering, this isn't a soap opera this is a CTS forum....jeeez....arguments about looks and whatever...what the heck is happening in here....I'm getting tired of seeing this almost on every Rx thread.

I just want to hear answers to the following questions:

I know a thing or two about products and I'm just left wondering, why announce products on enthusiast forums and still no media, displays, data & finished real demos available for people to see?

If you only show people a Beta product then your production product will be judged based on the prototype and the prototype only in most cases, you can tell people oh it will be like this and do this, but in the end people will only judge what they see at the moment and form their opinions accordingly. There is a reason why plenty of companies don't reveal jack till they have the real deal on hand with some documentation and fill technical specs to show those who are curious and quiet big mouths.

Secondly, I would like to hear a technical explanation concerning the performance of this product, I would like to know, can the RX Intake outperform the Volant intake? If yes, does Rx possess any concrete data and trials pertaining to that claim (if Rx claims that officially).
Moreover, if Rx claims the Intake can outperform a Volant intake for the LY7, I would like to understand why Rx believes that is, what is the major advantage this intake has over the Volant? I don't see it so obviously but again I have no real data to judge the product based on as a consumer.

He said, she said. Constructive criticism or praise - in a Cadillac (as opposed to Camaro) forum. I believe the original subject of this thread was another look at the CAI installation and its development. Let's keep it there and bury the mudslinging.

For the curious, click on the lexlueger username in his post and open his profile. It's totally bare of information and he owns no Cadillac. Form your own opinions.

CTSM, Your post is germane and is NOT the cause for the first two paragraphs in this post.

This again??? I realize everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but enough is enough. If I wanted soap opera I'd go watch some desperate housewives or whatever that bs is. On the other hand...

I didn't read back, but I'm not sure if the Rx CAI ever protested to be better than Volant as Tracy didn't get my car on the dyno for a before/after. I think he was waiting until he had a cnc cut version, but I'm not sure if this project got put on hold or what is going on. Maybe he'll fill us in.

What he thought would be an advantage (which made sense to me as well) was the opening on the front allowing for air to kind of "ram" in there. I know the prototype wasn't perfect because it was hand built, but I was also assured it'd be fixed in CNC as all he truly needed was the dimensions. Again, not sure when/if this will be.

I need to get in contact with Tracy/Pete about the TB again anyways, so I'll bring it up to them.
