There is a way but it's not easy.

Would require an oven, a heat gun, and lots of careful patience, and then who knows if you can them back together correctly.

Does the inside look like microscopic, tiny cracks or pits? If so, that's called "crazing" and the lens will only get worse, no amount of sanding or cleaning will remove it. Happens due to heat and UV exposure mostly.

I would set myself Hella bixenon. Price of about $ 500, it's certainly a lot, but the result is excellent.

You'll need new ones then, no way around it if you want them nice looking. My STS's headlights are starting to develop this issue right in front of the HID projector lens.

don't really know for sure, but parking in a garage/in the shade can't hurt, also only use the headlights at night (see so many with their HIDs on during the day).

Could just be the nature of the plastic as it ages, not real sure why it happens or how to prevent it.
