Ok, get some Mass Air Flow cleaner. Basically it's electronic cleaner so you can spray the climate control board with it. And since you have that can of spray. Might as well clean the Mass Air Flow sensor that is just behind the air filter for the engine.

    Re: Heated Seat Issue

The Issue is not resolved. I have not brought it to the dealer. The one in my area is not very friendly at all and made me jump through hoops to get some recall work done. Id prefer to never deal with them again

Listened closely today. When the car is on and I sit in the seat I can hear the relay switching on and off sparatically then it eventually just stays on. This happens without hitting the on button.

I say unplug that module on both seats. Leave them unplugged for a day or two. Then plug them back in. No harm in leaving them unplugged, since some CTS' didn't have them. So the PC will just ignore the fact that they are unplugged.

    Re: Heated Seat Issue

im having a similar problem with my sisters car, she says the driver one doesnt come on at all, i got in it and pushed the bottom and i can her it click on, i hear this when i turn on each seat, how long does it usually take to heat up? i didnt feel the passenger seat heat up either which is why im curious, i got a couple pics of the wiring under the seat and to me (no very cadillac knowledgeable) didnt see any problems.

i made sure it was all plugged in as well, i saw a fuse under the hood for "heater" some other letters were on it but wasnt sure if it was for the seats or what.
