    Question'04 with Noisy Computer/ECM!?

Hey everyone...I have a 2004 3.6 just hitting 106K on the clock and recently starting hearing the vehicle's computer "thinking" and/or adjusting itself but, almost all the time. While the car is on, shortly after the vehicle is keyed off...when the radio is off its loud as hell. Is this a tall tale sign of any upcoming trouble? I have heard/read of peoples ECM's dying on them, having to purchase a new or used one and having it reflashed with your vin from a dealer (yikes). I do have some modifications...a Volant Intake, RX Black Ice, Borla exhaust & lowered suspension if that counts. Thanks in advance!

    -Ryan

Positive man...sounds like the internal computer is just "thinking" non-stop...like an old desktop computer connecting to AOL via modem...
