Is it a good idea to reset ecm codes via battery?
F1--F6 codes come up but I can't clear codes.
Is it then a good idea to remove battery cables for half-hour to reset ??

Because the list with the 3 letters followed by numbers isn't codes. It's a list of modules. If there's a code it will have a star in front of the module and be on the top of the list.
