    Exclamation 2003 CTS & Bluetooth - ARGHH!!!

    Hi Folks;

    I've been trying to get bluetooth working on our '03 CTS (without navigation) and pair it up with my LG phone.

    I go into the car, fire it up and hit the button on the steering wheel and I say pair or pairing and it says to enter the code. There is no code on the dash so I tell it 0000 and then it says locked. If I say Security and enter that code it will unlock.

    I turn on bluetooth in my phone, make it discoverable and then do a search but it never sees the car let alone gets to a point where I have to enter a code.

    Does bluetooth work on an '03 CTS ? It does understand the word pair and it does talk about a code right after....

    I could use some help with this beasty!

    Trade up to a 2008 CTS or later. No first gen CTS had Bluetooth.

    Aftermarket radio with built in Bluetooth is your only option with this year that's what I did.
