Well you can let her know I have a birthday coming up too! The only thing holding me back on these is the hefty price tag.. Would like to see them on a Caddy though.

Where did you get the clear daytime running light lenses and side markers? Those look great. The only kit I have been able to find was on eBay and it was $300. Seems a little expensive for plastic lense replacements....

The ones you see online are the whole housing unit. I did the clear lexan plastic MOD on my factory fog housing. The guide is in the sticky FAQ

Posting a link of the chrome strip that I plasti dip'd. Hope it works. This is my first attempt with only two coats. It looks nice but I will be doing it again as it spat out fat drops on the second pass. Let me know what you think.

No I am in Arkansas. But platsidip is a good way too. I'm also having trouble with pictures

I opened a Dropbox account so now I am posting links. I will have to look for another web service that makes the images smaller for this forum.

    Your CTS looks great!
Does somebody know where I could find these sidemarkers? Like cadillac logo on it.
I found it on another forum, but it was topic from 2007.

The member who made them stopped a few years back. You would be lucky to get your hands on those.

Why can't Cadillac make stuff like that in the first place and make it standard equipment?

If a buncha guys talking around on a forum can make better looking equipment that still looks OEM, you'd think the horde of engineers and designers at Cadillac could put out something better.

I work at a harley shop, my boss has a regular job at the gm proving grounds here in michigan. he runs the dyno lab but i had a chance to meet a few engineers and asked them what it takes to make a car.. needless to say they talked my ear off for an hour about it.. bad question to ask. Bottom line they submit thousands of designs and they dont choose which ones go on the car.
