    Need help....

So the Cts I have was crashed when I purchased it and decided to make it my project since I started to grow a liking for the Cts... Now, I notice that the radio does not turn on, the power seats aren't working, and the horn does not blow... Could this be a fuse issue or something else?

There are three fuse boxes. Engine bay, obviously, and two under the rear seat.

The Radio and Amp are in the driver's side fuse box. And I believe the power seats are in both, driver for driver and passenger for passenger. But I could be wrong about that.

The horn should be in the engine bay's. However, there are also a couple of fuses for both fuse boxes in the seat located in the engine bay box. Although, you'll have more than just radio and seats being dead.
