    Re: Running Wires Through Firewall

check asked the same q on there. NE how theres a boot on the drivers side. I pulled it out as much as i can an took a screw driver and stuck it through the hole where the wires are already running through. then i poked upwards and busted a hole (reason: im using 4 gauge wire and it wouldnt fit through the existing hole with the other wires.)......and ran the wires through. feed as much as you can until u can pull it from the engine bay.

note: the boot may be hard to put back.

some people i know use soap and water......but i used a lil bit of lotion and rubbed it over the boot and shoved it in more easily.....
oh, i did it for the power to slide thru easier also.....

Im not saying its right .....but thats what i did and it worked .
