Hey Teedoe, This is the guy you sold the Navi system to. Question: Do you remember how much you paid for the VSS harness from best buy? Also, any luck with copying the disc?

Copying disc conversation here = no no. The rest, knock yourself out.

Hey Teedoe, do you have a list of things you need for the upgrade. I just purchased an '03 and what to do the same thing. How much do you think you have in the upgrade?I live live in Casselberry, would love to meet up and check it out.

Maybe $400-450 for now but I'm adding things to it. Sure... Just let me know when you're available.

Ok y'all! I'm excited! After many months of searching the forum and online resources I found the elusive Nav C1 Terminal for the GPS voice feature for those who added oem nav to their base (non Bose) CTS. I just ordered a pack of 25 at $1 each. I should have them by the end of next week. If anyone else was looking to complete this mod shoot me a PM. Ill pass on the price I bought them for.

Ill keep y'all posted on if the voice mod truly works since there's little to none who've successfully completed it.

WHERE did you find these??? Crazy, just 2 days ago I finished assembling everything too.... Ordered all this...

    VCIM C3 Connector x2
    VCIM C3 Terminals x7
    Nav C2 Terminals (VSS) x5
Bose C3 Terminals x53 (had a minimum purchase requirement)
    Nav C1 Terminals x6
    GPS Antenna x1
    Belden shielded wiring x1

But I paid $3 each for the Nav C1 terminals from my dealer! It was a huge rip off.

Unfortunately, my nav unit I purchased is having issues...

Damn I thought you had to buy the SPX repair kit to get it?
Also yeah, I was hoping to do the whole voice command/audible directions retrofit this Saturday but since I'm experiencing issues with the unit I bought...you'll probably finish first. Let me know how it goes.
