looks like they've got [url] tags inside of the url... like this
    http://www.[ url]http.com//www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-cts-first-generation-forum-2003/136833-how-remove-grille.html[/ url]

i had to add some spaces to the tags because the forum converts it even when you wrap [code] tags around it

looks to me that some are working fine but the others are still messed up... you can easily tell just by mousing over the links and checking the status bar for what the link will take you to

and the ones that are messed up have the ht tp://[url]http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-cts-first-generation-forum-2003/http//.... junk in there

also weird is that i noticed that the second http doesn't have a colon after it

again, i had to put a space in the http so the forum didn't try to make a link out of it also

delete this when your ready...just a suggestion...
What about if every DIY had a grade of 1-5 for how difficult it is to complete, and how many people it would take to do the job.
Ex...an oil change would be a 1 in difficulty and 1 person to do it. Changing the DIC led color would be a 3 or 4 difficulty with 1 person to do it. A shock change would be a 2 or 3 with 2 people to do it...

    Just a thought...

Great idea, if you guys want to rate them. I am not sure what the best way to do that would be. I suppose everyone could post their own list. When there are enough, I could compile them and add them to the links.

    Here is a copy&paste from cadillacfaq.com

How to Relearn the ETC (electronic Throttle Control)

If the battery is disconnected, the electronic throttle control (ETC) may forget the zero throttle position too. If you find that your CTS runs poorly, you will have to have the re-learn the position.

To do this, turn the key to the run position with the engine off for atleast three minutes. Then turn the key to the off position. Start the engine and let it idle for 30 seconds. Turn the engine off and restart.
