Nice lookin' C's!!!
Whenever I get around to it, I'm just planning to get some black vinyl from a sign shop and wrap the chrome strip with it. That way if for some odd reason I decide to go back, all I have to do is peel it off.
These are just a few quick shots from my camera phone. Car is sitting out front of the house, we're planning on heading to Flagstaff to go boarding this week.
Bought it bone stock with no options, not even an auto. Dealers buy these cars so they can advertise that they have something in stock at a cheap price, then sucker you in with the options. I've added the iPod adaptor, HID lights, spoiler, 18" rims, the 3.6l bumper with CTS-V exhaust, a dashkit and the tinted lights all around. Did pretty much all the work on the cheap, but you really can't tell.
Part of the reason I got it so cheap was the fact that I get family plan. My grandfather worked on the Cadillac line for 38 years. Local 22 is the Cadillac Union. It was the one he was in, and it's still the local for Cadillac workers.
what is a 3.6L bumper? i have never heard of or seen one. what is the difference? or are you talking about a V bumper?
nice looking car by the way
im guessing he means the rear bumper for dual exhaust
The 3.6l bumper is the one that comes with the 3.6l. It has the dual outlets. The base motors like the 3.2l and 2.8l come with only single outlets. The 3.6l has one line rigde, the CTS-V has two. Nothing really different that I've noticed beyond that.
