just tried the Turtle Wax Magic Color today, i must say it poished up great, but it left the car with a somewhat dull/ milky look.. dont get me wrong its shiny and the paint look deep, but i guess with it having the dye/pigment mixed in it'll do that. Mequiars and other regular waxes and polishes do provide a more clear-liquid look to the paint.
i was doing some running around today (ie Beer Store) and i come outside and this old guy is checking out my car (this is after the wash) and i go over and talking to the guy and he says the mirror finish and the caddy badge caught his eye.. turns out around the corner of the building is his 59 Eldorado convertible, absolutely stunning in white on white with mirror perfect chrome.. well chrome everything. i would have loved to get some shots side-by-side but i didnt have a camera (cell phone sucks and wouldnt have even been worth while).
also, lol, i dont have clear side markers, i photoshopped (to the best of my ability) those.
^^^^^ pretty damn good
andrew...that V exhaust is looking good and obviously the wax job
^^^+1 Looks good Andrew
Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and I just got my first CTS. Here is a pic...
It's an 05 3.6L. I love this car! I have got so many comments about it after having it only for a month.
get rid of the orange :)
Thanks for the replies, and yeah I will prob get rid of the orange. I'm saving money for rims right now tho. That's gonna be the first thing I do. Still undecided about what I want tho.
im surprised you got your hood to stay at that height, if i open mine more than a few inches it takes off on its own
did you make your own intake? that looks like one big mother of a filter
