I believe a lock pick is more similar to the Cleansweep than the LOC. The LOC only does 2 channels and it neutralizes any Highs in the signal from the Left and right channels.
The PAC plugs into factory systems to attach aftermarket amps/subs and utilizes 4 channels instead of 2 like the LOC. It also has a 2:1 gain on the signal with channel (individual I think) adjustment available.
The lock pick is used to unlock you Nav sys, enable bluetooth or allow bluetooth kits, disable driving lockout and add a RCA inputs. It also has the LOC functions for 2 speaker channels. It is plug and play into your factory harness.
I believe that the best bang for you buck when it comes to adding a AUX and managing the Signals throughout your system is the Cleansweep. (Non-NAV)
