03 CTS air-filter replace ?

What am I in for replacing the air filter ?

the cabin air filter??? i did mine on a 04 and it took maybe 5-10 min, just a 8 mm rachect i beleive and the new filter... When you open the hood, you remove the passanger air filter cover, right behind the battery , i think like 4 or 5 screws remove the filter and put new one and thats it

Engine air filter is a couple min job...just open the airbox, slip out the old 1 and slip the new in. Make sure the tabs all line up. The filter only fits in 1 way, then tighten it back up.

Do you need the part number for the 03 3.2L?

Sorry, have to do a little correction as far as where the 8mm screws are at. The screws are located on the piece of plastic that is covering the windshield and into the engine bay. The cover on the filter is a press fit. There are two tongues, one on each side that you press towards each other to remove the cover.

Oh, and be sure to put your windshield wipers in the up position. It will make the removal of the plastic better.
