Have you asked a dealer to install the kit?

I would have a paint shop paint them. But I'm a DYI guy, so why pay the dealer if it's easy. I think they are clips or double side tape. Some of my CTS parts are held on by double sided foam tape from the factory.

Miscreant, I read in another thread that you installed the skirts? I remember you said it was a "bolt on"? I've looked at my door jambs and fender wells and can not figure out how that is done. Advise please?

No, I *plan* to sometime...but not yet.

    ----------------------------
    Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel
    Removal Procedure
-Open the front and rear doors.

    Important
New retainers are required for the installation of the rocker panel. The retainer clips will break upon removal.

-Remove the front section of the rocker panel first.
-Pull the bottom edge of the rocker panel molding away from the rocker panel in order to disengage the retainers.
-Use a flat-bladed tool and gently separate the front of the rocker panel molding from the upper retainer clips.
-Carefully remove the front rocker panel molding from the body.
-Remove the rear section of the rocker panel second.
-Pull the bottom edge of the rocker panel molding away from the rocker panel in order to disengage the retainers.
-Use a flat-bladed tool and gently separate the rear of the rocker panel molding from the upper retainer clips.
-Carefully remove the rear rocker panel molding from the body.
-Remove the lower retainers by using a pair of needle nose pliers. Pinch the tabs on the clip together and pull away from the vehicle to disengage.
-Remove the lower retainers from the rocker panel.

    Installation Procedure

-Install the lower retainers on the rocker panel.
-Install all new retainers into the molding.
-Position the rear rocker panel molding first to the body.
-Press the upper retainers into the rocker panel in order to secure the molding.
-Secure the molding to the lower plastic retainers.
-Press the molding inward in order to secure.
-Position the front rocker panel molding to the body.
-Press the upper retainers into the rocker panel in order to secure the molding.
-Secure the molding to the lower plastic retainers.
-Press the molding inward in order to secure.
-Close the front and rear doors.
