When I index and pin this thread, everyone's posts will still be here (minus any spam posts I may remove). The only change will be an indexed top post linking to individual posts.

    Re: Thread for DIY mods

After seeing this thread I wish I had taken pics of my garage time tonight. I had to remove my alternator and install my new one.

I say that cause I read a few posts on the forum here of people talking about everything you need to pull out of the car before removing the alternator. I didn't take anything out of the car but the alternator. Granted it was a trick to do, but I got it out. I guess next time I will take pics of what I do. Hopefully the car charges again!

Here is a mod similar to the Shutting off your Drls but this one is keeping them on.

Jimmy, what about a sub-sticky dedicated to videos of the CTS? There are a few on the cadillacfaq site, plus SvVB4vA? had a good video of his, plus these videos here...

    Re: Thread for DIY mods

If you have good videos, please post links, and I will certainly add them.

I am going to categorize and index this thread (one of these days anyway)

Check out the faq/diy thread in CTSV. It will be something like that.
