How do you reset the change engine oil monitor? ( not by hitting clear when the message shows up)

actually when you hit clear and hold it for about 2 seconds and let it go, it will flash and then reset and go back to 100% oil life...that is also how the dealership suggest to do it as well (at least my sorry a$$ dealership)

Where is the oil filter in the 2005 cadillac cts 2.8L, and how do you remove it?
