another aftermarket stereo question

2005 3.6 non bose**

recently installed 2 subs and an amp both of which are getting power, but the head unit i installed

"PANASONIC CQ-VD6505u IN DASH DVD PLAYER 6.5 LCD"

i spliced the power, ground, acc, and so i thought the speaker wires from the diagrams i was reading. Turned it on, everything booted up...no sound.

so i guess my question is does anyone have a diagram of the wires on the stock harness

ive done afew installs on other cars no problem, but for some reason no dice with the car

it sounds to me like you need to turn on the factory amplifier. im not positive what the factory color is, but off of the aftermarket radio, it is the blue and white wire. hopefully this gives you a place to start. good luck
