    expensive cts project.

    what do we think of this one. CTS with this crate motor. is this even possible?

    i would have to think that it was possible...

    there is definitely alot of power in that motor and it would definitely have the CTS moving very quickly

    WOW, i literally had just come on here, posting the same question. Will the 4.4 liter sts-v engine work?

    im itching to try this. if i could get a salvage engine from an xlr-v or sts-v for like 3-6K i would do it. where is the 'mad scientist' when you need him.lol

    jcs003...if you do it, please share with us...i am definitely interested in a project liek that, but it would have to wait a year when i get back to the states from Korea...

    looking at the size of the northstar on my eldorado, its not much bigger than my 3.2L.(based on exterior dimensions; not displacement)

    I could be wrong but from my understanding the N* will not fit in the CTS.

    I was thinking something similar but with a 08 Cts motor,trans,ecu, n harness attached i found at a junkyard.
