Power won't shut off

Need your help! I own a 03 CTS with about 65,000 miles on it. My wife called me this morning and told me that when she got to work she opened the door and the radio stayed on, she then tried to lock the door with the remote, it locked but no honk, the interior lights stayed on, and she could still hear the radio. She said that she cycled the ignition a few times with and radio would not go off. so I told her to turn off the radio manually and lock the car. She has to park in a lot 3 blocks from her office, so she can't check on it very easily. We live in St. Louis and it is about 30 degrees outside. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Any thoughts?

i have this happen in cold weather after i wash my car, try opening other doors it should turn the radio off. it goes away for me after a day or two. then i wash my car, stuff freezes and back to the same thing. i just open a passanger door after i get out, then lock it as usual.
