Thanks for the post looked over it and the guy who posted the cool setup said "I install stereos so i do it alot it was even hard for me to get everything to function but i did and some things i did you wouldnt even want to attempt" So im not really sure where to go from here. Whats up with these in dash kits, would this make it easier? Ive done some dremeling so if i have to cut some stuff maybe i could do it that way. Other than that the closest ive come to modding or working on electronics apart from computers is dremeling tapping similar things i could be doing with pneumatics for paintball guns as well as the electronics that go with them. I was considering taking this to some one who knows more about cars than me, but i thought id rather learn how to do it myself if i can.

Re: Installing Aftermarket Navigation VSS Cable?????

actually pj said he did some stuff you want to attempt...but there is a guy on here with the screen name mjs0202 who has done the same exact thing and kept all of his functions and his (in my personal opinion) looks better. he also do a write up of installing an aftermarket system and keeping all of your steering wheel functions...

Re: Installing Aftermarket Navigation VSS Cable?????

Cool thanks for the info didnt notice i took what he said wrong. Anyways could u post me some links to guides or anything. I just wanna get this done the easiest way but have it still look nice. I dont care about keeping the original stereo unless theres some kinda huge benefit from using it. Could u also send me a link to that guide u mentioned. For some reason i just cant navigate my way around this forum like i can on some of my other forums. Thanks

Also thanks to every one who's posted and or helped that hasnt been thanked for their input yet 8)
