Just to follow up, I ended up with a USA Spec interface from a local seller in Westminster, CA. I am impressed with the unit. It was very easy to install and have no problem. I was able to run the wires down the driver side and put the unit under my seat.

Taking apart the rear deck was pretty easy now that I know how to do it, but gotta admit I was a bit lost at times with those airbag tabs.

Good product.
