Is your wiring correct? I know nothing about cars at all lol, however, my friend had a similar problem with his Lincoln LS HID fogs and I guess it was a grounding issue with one of the bulbs. While we're on the topic of HIDs and I know nada, I have an 03 CTS, I like my headlights but I want them brighter. Are those already considered HIDs or no? If not what are they? And are they hard to change? I want to get HID fogs and match with my headlights. Thanks in advanced and sorry for jacking your thread.
