I have been trying to get this resolved but i have been running right in to walls over an over my 2003 cadillac cts seemed to have a problem with the airbag light indication on my dash always being on, also when i pull up the codes i got 2 that can not be reset (ipc u1000 and irc u1000) after taking it to the dealer and being told that the front sensor & the SDM module needed replacing with (sensor p/n 25744736)-(SDM module p/n 12232130) so i ordered the parts and replaced them and took it to the dealer to get it programed and this is what i was told by the dealer "i am getting no communication with the SDM everytime i get to the programing it crashes so i cant install the software?" he also said it might be the (((DIM Dash Integration Module))) im not really sure what that means but before i installed the parts the ((U)) codes were active and now there are gone but a new single code came alive ((((SDM B1001c)))) and can not be cleared.

This is what the told by the dealer wrote the first time i took it in
Test for airbag light on. scan car with Tech2 & found no communication with SDM. check fuse. OK. also found DTC U1088 in onstar module. check for PSB & PI. found PSB #02-09-41-003. new SMD & front sensor required.
Before i forget to mention the onstar had a red light in the mirror till i replaced the sensor and sdm and now its back to green so NO DTC U1088 code
