Steering Wheel Control - Audio Not Working

Anyone have an issue with the SWC Audio control not working on their car? The radio was pulled out for a bit and the battery was disconnected for a couple hours, after that, it stopped working.

Before I take it to the dealer, wondering if anyone experienced this and what the resolution was.

Keys have to be re-programmed due to battery disconnect?

I've taken my radio out and also had my battery unhooked a few times and never had to reset the functions on SW control buttons. Are you able to go into the settings on the DIC and reprogram the functions or are the buttons just not working at all?

Actually, the 1-4 buttons, the band button and the OnStar voice buttons all work. It's just the rotary audio control that is not working.

Any other thoughts from anyone?

Are you sure all the connectors are snapped in tight? May be worth pulling it out one more time to check the connectors. There is a 10amp fuse on the rear of the radio, you may also want to check that as well.
