There are also a couple of companies that apply wood or carbon fiber finishes to you own stock parts. If I were going to do something with my dash, if no molded kits were available i would go with the people that coat the stock parts. |

The flat kits look really tacky, they just don't fit properly. |

that wood grain just seems like a lot. kinda just jumps out at you...are these things hard to take off if i put it on and dont like it? |

I Love it. It is a little "flat" looking, but def. way better then the plain plastic look. |

i just realized i don't have dick for pics of my interior after doing the woodgrain, may actually go take some pics at lunch time if I have a chance & will post. |

I thought the woodgrain was too busy so I ordered the Aluminim clear coat kit. It took hours to remove a small section to I decided to do only 1/2 and now I'm glad I did. I get a lot of compliments on the way the dash looks. |

Also after market wheels, dash kits, etc.. will hurt resale value. Now if you plan on keeping the car forever (i.e. drive it into the ground) then go for it. |

I actually thought I wanted to do something with my dash so I ordered a black chrome kit and when I got it I held a few pieces up and decided against it. Decided I like the way it is better. I think you are fine either way, just a matter of what you like. |
