Most do, but they will charge for another shop to remove and re-install your tires. There are also specialty wheel places that just do repairs and (custom)painting (basically it's a body shop for wheels).

What's the typical charge to paint a set of wheels the correct way?

Also look to see if you can find someone to powdercoat them to match your paint. Painting them will look good but over a short time they will get kind of rough looking, chips, pitting from brake dust etc. Powdercoating the wheel will hold up longer and will withstand alot more abuse. Powdercoating will prob run you anywhere from $50-$75 a wheel. If you have a bodyshop shoot them with paint, and you do alot of driving chances are you will be looking to re-paint them in a year or 2. Only reason I am offering you this insight is I have painted wheels in the past using both methods and the powdercoated wheels always looked better in the long run.

    Re: Painting my Wheels

some paint shops will also powder coat, but not all. it's a different process and they have to buy different materials. wheels and small parts are easier to find a place to powdercoat, so you might get lucky.

i'd at least leave the cadillac emblem unpainted. try to get an extra shine on them when you get them done.

post pics when you get it done. i'm curious how it'll turn out.

Baller, Take a look on cardomain.com. There is someone on there with a black CTS with Black 20's. Should give you a good idea of what your car will look like, minus the larger diameter wheel.

I have 18's on my Black CTS, not 20's...here's the wheel. There is a picture of my car on the Photo Shop Please thread. Also on the cts owners (20" rims) thread.

can you get a polished black wheel? i had looked at a dark gunmetal before. i just like to have some shine on it, even if it is black.
