Is the orange one from the kit, or from the factory headlight?

yep, there is an orange and a black and they are both from the original headlight

The wires that were hooked up to the original bulbs should now hook up to the ballast via wires that branch out with the new hid bulb. Trying not to confuse you (or myself), so sorry. Ive been up 22 hours

When I installed my HID's it was a little pain in the butt. My lows was a very tight fit and I had to force it in. Everything was hooked up but not working until I remember reading that you can reverse them because its foreign product. Post Some Pics

If i remember correctly... It is the connection from stock light wiring to the ballast. The way it would normally clip in is reversed. When I first installed mine I thought they didnt work, then someone told me to flip the connection and presto, the HIDs came on.

Also, I agree with you that the high beam bulbs are nearly impossible to get in..

hiding 6 ballasts is not a joke. almost done though. I will show u guys once im done what i did with the ballasts

Sorry it took me to post pics, but I went to a party as soon as I was done installing, and then the next day I stayed at my girls place the whole day - I just got home. The pictures are not taken at my house but instead at the party - I am not that messy.
