What type of resin will the lenses be made from?

I have lots of experience assembling products made of different types of plastics, I installed the set from WW on my car and will do these for a friend. The most important thing is to make sure you let the epoxy cure. The cure time on packaging is a min. in ideal conditions. Also, since the lens must be formed to fit a curve, install the lens in three steps at the major stress points. Install and let the epoxy cure completely before moving on to the next point. As for lens removal, there is very little risk in warping the fog housing by baking. The lens itself will begin to demold long before the housing is at risk. The sidemarker lens should just be cut out and the lens can by installed in 1 step.

I have dumb question (newbie, sorry!). How much work is involved in replacing the current ones? I saw a post regarding epoxy, etc - in your estimate, assuming I'm very novice at modifications like this, how difficult will it be and how satisfactory would my results be?

Any additional info on installation or pictures of these on vehicles would be very much appreciated.

why do they need to be baked? Can't you just use a Dremil tool with a cutting disc and open them up?
