that sucks for you, i'm rarely under 70. regardless if i was gonaa spend $10,000 in 2 weeks on a base model car, i think i'd just purchase the top of the line model. just my opinion.

Re: To bag this CTS or not to bag?

personal preference my man. i had about $30,000 i was gonna spend on a ride. i chose to buy a $21,000 car outright. and put $10,000 into it.

don't sh*t suck for me man. i got a ride exactly the way i want it. me? i don't need a V. especially a stock one. and you. don't worry bout me. i'm good...

Re: To bag this CTS or not to bag?

i guess you two must prefer slower cars. that's fine with me. to each his own. am i the first person on the forum who got a regular cts specifically because i loved the look but couldn't afford a v? i haven't heard of anyone who wouldn't trade there cts straight across for a cts-v (except for those that claim that they hate manual transmissions). i guess you two are the exception to the rule. as for me, there will be an '09 cts-v in my garage soon.

Re: To bag this CTS or not to bag?

bingo. i like slow cars. i've got a CTS on 22's w/ rubberbands and no room in the fender wells. and i've got a big ass towncar on 22's w/ rubberbands and air bags. and i've got a lincoln aviator which is just as slow as the towncar.

and yeah i'm no idiot. a stock cts-v over a stock cts is a no brainer... but a stock cts-v vs. a cts hooked up the way i want it... well you see which one i picked...

plus when i wanna go fast i take out the K1200R

trust me i'm no short on toys. i could have easily sprung for the V but i'd rather spend the extra $10,000 on other things...
