I think your talking about a roof spoiler.
It overhangs the rear window, like an extension of the roof.
They're made to act the same as a deck spoiler only used best on hatchbacks and fastbacks. I've never seen a CTS with one.

yah i guess you could consider them a spoiler but they dont look like real ricer.. u see them on alot of AMG's i think they should make one for a cts would look so good.

Damn I want to buy one of these. Where do I go to purchase a rear spoiler? Does it already come painted as the color of your car or do you have to take to a paint shop? HELP!!

I dont know if they even make one for a CTS , that is what I am trying to find out. haha .. If anyone knows where or who makes these for a CTS please let me know.

I guess they are made for the CTS.
They don't look that bad either...got me interested.

I can't post the link, but I googled "cadillac cts roof spoiler" and got a few hits.
xcorbonfiberdotcom has them for $240.

he had a black cts, i was doing a black a white mix with my car as you can see my tails and windows. sry i forgot to state that he cant remember where he got it. but i think it was actually fabricated for the car...
