I know the bolt patterns are different, but they were base 17" '08 wheels on it... Wonder how that works.

They probably used bolt pattern adapters. I personally like the 08 18" wheels.... |

Here is some adapters that will convert your early CTS 5X115mm bolt pattern to the newer 08and up 5X4.75" http://www.adaptitusa.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=176
