i was going to go with the 8000k...but i think thats a bit
too blue...and not enough visibility!..
i like how the 06 navagator lights look!...
i read on the forums that 6000k is too blue..
so i'd like to see for myself...

The 8000K is quite white with a slight slight hint of purple while on the road...they look blue in pictures but they are really not...at least the TopPSI kit isn't...other kits may be...if you are concerned about visibility go with the 6000K in like the xenon-vision kit (which you actually get if you order it)

Re: HId 5000k-6000k

Definitely go with either 5000-6000k, there are just the best over all for brightness and color, if you're looking for max brightness 4300k is the way to go. HID bulbs do color shift after about 100 hrs of use so 5000k will end up looking more like 5500 or 6000k and 6000k ends up 6500-7000K.

Re: HId 5000k-6000k

Go with 4300K. Don't make your car look like an obvious after market job. You projectors will give you that blue / purple look from a distance and at the cut-off with 4300K.

Re: HId 5000k-6000k

Eh, 4300K is alright but if you want to clean up your light a bit go with 6000K at least. It won't look like an 'after market job', it will look clean. Believe it or not there is a way to make it look classy without going overboard.

Re: HId 5000k-6000k

Just put my 8000k in this past weekend.. They are very bright! The fog lights alone could act like head lights. They have a nice blue color but not so much that they look stupid... I notice it's hard to take pictures of my hids, but heres a pic I took tonight..

Just tried one with a flash... Doesn't do any justice..
