Ferro Carbon Pads are Squeaking Bad...

I have the R1 Drilled and Slotted Rotors with the Hawk Ferro Carbon pads. When I first put these on around a month ago there wasn't really any squeaking. My car just got out of the shop about a week ago for a number of problems, 1 including my Caliper Bolt falling out and my caliper bracket rubbing against my wheel. When the shop fixed this I got my car back and ever since when I'm braking from 10 - 0 (complete stop) there is a really bad squeak.

Does anyone know what could be causing this new squeaking? Is there a simple solution without bringing the car back in? I don't want to bring it in and have them bend me over again for something stupid. What could they have done to my pads/rotor to make this noise happen now when it wasn't before?
