wet behind the drivers seat

has any one experienced the floorboard behind the drivers seat getting wet. Not on the front floor boards or passenger front or rear. very strange

Check your trunk. I had a car years ago that the drain holes got clogged and so water somehow ended up in my back floor board. Also, they make a bag you can hang in your car that will absorb moisture to cut down on mold and smell.

Sunroof and trunk are options. Another guess might be the heating vent that is routed under the seats...?

I had this problem for a year. It was traced to a cracked AC condenser housing under the dash. Basically, the condensed humidity, which is then liquid, was dripping under the carpet underlayment, and not out the drain. It was only under the rear floorboard, and I once had 1" of water there! It took several days, but it was fixed under warranty, and it's never leaked since.

we have had trunk problems before will check to see. The AC condenser sounds likely since we have not had rain or anything for a while. Thanks for the feed back

Quite often, when you floor the gas pedal and feel all that power pushing you backwards, the human body tends to pee itself. The rearward force from the acceleration propels the urine towards the rear, resulting in a puddle behind the driver's seat.

Nah, I don't drive naked... I just let it hang out.. Sometimes I use it to hit the clutch.
